Marnie Walker, Owner 

Marnie Walker brings to 401 Bay Centre a wealth of experience in starting, growing, and managing companies.

Prior to opening 401 Bay Centre she owned and operated Student Express, a school bus company she grew from a start-up to a multi-million dollar school bus company with a fleet of 250.

Her vision for 401 Bay Centre is to offer a cost-effective, professional office envirnment as well as all the facilities and services an organization needs. 

She has welcomed branch offices, entrepreneurial start-ups, associations as well as financial, contruction, engineering, advertising, search, food service insurance and professional service firms including:  lawyers, accoutants, payroll and bookkeeping to 401 Bay Centre.

She teaches Entrepreneurship at the Schulich School of Business, is a founding and board member of Maple Leaf Angels Inc Investment Group, a key note speaker, a dean's list MBA graduate, and certified ICD.D board director.

Braden Handley, Business Development Manager & IT Support

Braden is the technical guru on staff managing IT for 401 Bay Centre and clients.  In addition, he has expertise in WEB optimization and design.   Newsletters, promotional banners and PowerPoint presentations are just a few examples of this work.

 

 

 

 

Natasha Testen, Client Services

Natasha`s smiling face greets clients and their guests at 401 Bay Centre.  She manages meeting rooms and provides event planning assistance to clients as well as telephone and shipping.   Natasha holds a Special Events Diploma from George Brown College and is a Dean`s Honour student.
